Love Is Blind star Danielle Ruhl in two-piece workout clothes and tries out the “Body Muscle Stimulator”
Danielle Ruhl, star of Love Is Blindhas won over her social media audience with her open approach to self-care and wellness. Recently, he shared a video of himself using a muscle stimulator, writing, “After I left my sessions, my muscles felt like I had just stop exercising. You can actually see results right away. I’ve done 4 sessions for good results , Ruhl is on a journey to live life the most beautiful. Here’s a look at her health habits that keep her fit and healthy.
Danielle Ruhl likes to hike to keep fit. He shared these photos on his Instagram while on a trip to Vail, Colorado. Ruhl posted, “I climbed my first mountain and it was COOL.” Walking has many benefits. “Walking on a winding, wooded path can help your body develop endurance, strength, and coordination,” says Dr. Harvard Health. Walking on uneven ground requires more energy than walking on high ground, so it burns more calories if you climb a mountain, your body has to work harder, says walking can hardly provide many with the same physical benefits as interval training, which alternates low and high intensity exercise to increase cardiovascular strength.
Ruhl works to improve his sleep. He talked about this in this Instagram post. “I had a lot of trouble sleeping. I tried OTC methods but found it hard to find things that worked that didn’t make me anxious. This month I’ve been trying different methods.” and I’m sharing some of my favorites! I’ve been falling asleep fast and staying up all night.” Ruhl also revealed in the commentary that other methods he uses are drinking tart cherry juice, bathing and using essential oils.
Ruhl shared some of her health secrets in the caption of this Instagram post. Another thing she is dealing with is taking care of her mental health. Ruhl wrote in the post, “In 2023, I had a bout of depression that reduced my desire to be active, to go outside, to drink enough water, to be very social, to take my vitamins, keeping my house clean, etc., and ended up eating and drinking too much. I stopped wearing my apple watch because I knew I didn’t want to see the work of by, because of that, I was completely honest with my doctors about how to deal with my condition more successfully. I have hope in 2024 because I have the necessary tools to continue in a healthy way.”
Ruhl wants to be comfortable with herself and her body. He also mentioned this in the caption of a previous Instagram post. “One thing I am proud of is my constant growth in not letting my weight control my life. I weighed myself for the first time in months and realized that I am gained 30 lbs. In a previous life, this would be debilitating. I would not engage in activities that exposed my body, and I thought about it. I went to Mexico. and instead of avoiding the pool, I just cover myself, and avoid activities where I couldn’t cover myself, I was having a lot of fun and didn’t think about walking from pool to pool, to think that everyone around me was judging me.”
Ruhl also revealed in a previous Instagram post that she appreciates her life in general, and shared some of the things she does. “I wear my apple watch to make sure I stay up enough. I bought a smart water bottle to track how much water I drink. I have a set schedule to clean my apartment seriously.I follow my vitamin routine by calling friends and family vs binge drinking when I’m lonely.
